§ 152.178 MODIFICATIONS.

(A) The Zoning Administrator may, in writing, exempt the applicant from meeting any plan requirement which is clearly inapplicable to the proposed use.

(B) Mobile home parks and shopping centers shall comply with the requirements in § 152.078 in lieu of the requirements in this subchapter.
