§ 152.074  SHOPPING CENTERS AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE B-1 AND B-2 DISTRICTS.
   (A)   This section shall apply to neighborhood shopping centers containing more than three establishments or more than 5,000 square feet as a conditional use in the B-2 District, and shopping centers containing more than three establishments or more than 5,000 square feet in the B-1 and B-2 Districts, and shopping centers of any size in planned unit developments.
   (B)   The shopping center shall be located on an arterial collector street.
   (C)   Any shopping center building shall be set back at least 100 feet from any right-of-way.
   (D)   Design, landscaping and signage shall be unified and shall harmonize with any adjacent residential centers.
