(A) This section shall apply to recreational buildings and facilities for residential development, country clubs, golf courses and tennis courts in all residential districts.
(B) Any building or facility intended to be an assembly place shall be at least 150 feet away from any plot or lot line, and the intervening area shall be landscaped in keeping with the character of the general neighborhood.
(C) Ingress and egress of vehicular traffic shall be on a major or minor thoroughfare if the use contains audience stands or bleachers or other facilities for spectator use.
