§ 150.45  OFFICE OF BUILDING INSPECTOR CREATED; QUALIFICATIONS AND APPOINTMENT.
   There is hereby created the Office of Town Building Inspector.  He or she shall have a competent knowledge of building construction, shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners.
