§ 150.32  ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   A building permit shall be issued in writing and shall contain a provision that the building shall be constructed according to the requirements of this chapter; provided, that where state law requires a licensed contractor for certain types of construction, no permit shall be issued except in compliance with such law.
