Whereas the North Carolina State Building Code excludes one-family and two-family dwellings from the provisions thereof, there is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth herein all provisions of the North Carolina Uniform Residential Building Code, regulating the construction of one-family and two-family dwellings within the town. A copy of the residential building code is on file in the office of the Town Administrator/Clerk and in the office of the Building Inspector.
