§ 115.14  PARKING OF TAXICABS WITHIN THE SAME BLOCK.
   Not more than two taxicabs owned by the same person engaged in the business of operating taxicabs shall be parked in one block at the same time; provided, that this shall not be construed to apply to such taxicabs as may be parked in established taxicab stands.
