§ 114.01  DEFINITIONS.
The distinction between a peddler and an itinerant merchant is that a PEDDLER goes from house to house or business to business making calls, while an ITINERANT MERCHANT sells from a location in a building or on the street. A person who moves from location to location on the street is still an itinerant merchant.
