§ 110.083  ENFORCEMENT.
   The enforcement of this subchapter shall be delegated to the Town Police Chief and/or Town Code Enforcement Officer. Violations and/or regulation abuse will be forwarded to the State Alcohol Law Enforcement Agency (ALE) for investigation.
