(A) Establishments shall be located in the B1 Zoning District only.
(B) (1) Days/hours of operation of such businesses shall be between the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Sunday hours of operation shall be between the hours of 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.
(2) Such an establishment must be a minimum of 500 feet away from any building used as a dwelling and 1,000 feet away from any church, synagogue or temple; a public or private daycare center; nonprofit clubs; or any public or private school.
(C) (1) Additionally, these types of business would be prohibited from opening within 1,000 feet of each other. They are also required to provide parking and the windows of such businesses are required to be unobtrusive and unobstructed.
(2) Measurement of distance separation shall be in a straight line from the closest point of the buildings at which the internet cafe/sweepstakes business is located.
(D) If food or beverage is served, the establishment must meet the requirements of the County Health Department, including any and all necessary permits and/or licenses. There will be no alcohol sold or consumed in the establishment.
