No person shall deposit any rubbish, building material and the like on the streets and sidewalks so as to be dangerous to traffic; except that the storage of building materials on town property shall be permitted during construction only after the necessary permit for construction has been obtained and the storage area has been approved by the Building Inspector and the Chief of Police.
