§ 96.03  SELLING OR SERVING ICE CREAM AND SOFT DRINKS ON STREET PROHIBITED.
   The service of ice cream and soft drinks in paper cups or saucers in automobiles or otherwise in the streets of the town is declared a public nuisance and is prohibited.
