§ 96.01 SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AT AUCTION ON STREETS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

No personal property of any kind shall be sold at auction on the streets of the town; provided, that this section shall not apply to personal property sold under mortgage, execution or order of court.
