§ 95.05  EXCEPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
   (A)   Funeral processions;
   (B)   Students going to or from school classes or participating in educational or recreational activities where such activities are under the supervision and direction of proper school authorities; or
   (C)   Any governmental agency acting within the scope of its functions.
