(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any violation of any provision of §§ 93.15 through 93.19 shall subject the violator to a civil penalty in the sum of $100 per day. A citation for said civil penalty shall be issued by the appropriate town official or other individual duly authorized by the town to enforce the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.19. Each citation for a civil penalty must be paid within the designated hours of issuance. Each and every day the violator continues in violation shall be a separate and distinct offense. The town may also, and in addition, seek any and all appropriate equitable remedies, injunctions and/or abatement orders from the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
