(A) Parking on certain streets for more than six hours prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or allow to stand any automobile, truck, wrecker, trailer, horse-drawn vehicle or vehicle of any kind for more than six hours continuously between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the following streets:
