(A) No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any street for the principal purpose of storage thereof when such storage is not incident to the bona fide use and operation of such automobile or other vehicle.
(B) The municipality may also, and in addition, seek any and all appropriate equitable remedies, injunctions and/or abatement orders from the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
