§ 53.070  APPLICATION REVIEW AND EVALUATION.
   (A)   The POTW Director/Superintendent will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information.
   (B)   The POTW Director/Superintendent is authorized to accept applications for the town and shall refer all applications to the POTW staff for review and evaluation.
   (C)   Within 30 days of receipt, the POTW Director/Superintendent shall acknowledge and accept the complete application; or if not complete, shall return the application to the applicant with a statement of what additional information is required.
