§ 53.065  WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to connect or discharge to the POTW without first obtaining the permission of the town. When requested by the POTW Director/Superintendent, a user must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within 60 days of the request. The POTW Director/Superintendent is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose and may periodically require users to update this information.
