§ 51.15 NONRESIDENT SERVICE.
   The Board of Public Works may, with the permission of the Governing Body, have the power and authority to contract with any person or other city to sell electric current for light, heat, and power purposes beyond the corporate limits when it is beneficial to the municipality to do so. The cost of extending the lines of the electrical system beyond its borders shall be paid by the municipality out of the net earnings of the electrical system.
