§ 51.04 AUTHORIZED INSTALLATION.
   All meters, meter boxes, wires, and other appurtenances necessary to connect any consumer with the municipal power lines shall be provided and installed at the expense of the municipality by municipal employees only. All the equipment shall remain the property of the municipality.
