§ 51.03 CONSUMER’S APPLICATION.
   Every person or persons desiring electrical service must make application therefor to the Board of Public Works upon blanks to be furnished by the Utilities Superintendent for that purpose. Any applicant may be required to make a service deposit in the amount as deemed necessary subject to the review of the Governing Body. Electricity may not be supplied to any house or building except upon the written order of the Utilities Superintendent. It shall be unlawful for any customer to resell any electrical energy furnished him or her by the municipality.
