§ 119.430 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct, operate or maintain an undertaking establishment within the corporate limits of the Village unless such person has applied for and received a license therefor from the Village Clerk in the manner provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.
