§ 119.330 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall operate or maintain a public garage within the corporate limits of the Village without having applied for and received a license therefor from the Village Clerk in the manner provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter. Gasoline and oil may be sold from licensed public garages.
