No person shall conduct the business of drayman, carter, trucker or expressman within the corporate limits of the Village except in compliance with the provisions of this Subchapter. It shall be unlawful to conduct the business of drayman, carter, trucker or expressman within the Village unless such person has applied for and obtained a license from the Village Clerk as provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.
