§ 119.137 LICENSE AND REGISTRATION FEES
   (A)   The annual fee to be paid for licenses shall be as provided in § 119.008 of this Chapter.
   (B)   The annual fee for registering as an electrical contractor shall be $25, provided that if an application is made after the expiration of the first six months of the register year, a certificate shall be issued upon payment of half this fee.
   (C)    Out-of-Town Contractors. Any electrical contractor who is registered as such in any other city or village in this state shall not be required to pay a fee for being registered in this Village; every person doing business in the Village as an electrical contractor shall secure a certificate of registration. The certificate shall be issued without charge to the electrical contractor registered as such under the ordinances of another city or village in this state.
