(A) Every person desiring to engage in the business of an electrical contractor in the Village shall first register with the Village Clerk and pay the fee provided in § 119.008 therefor.
(B) Registration shall occur annually and on the forms provided by the Village Clerk requiring:
(1) Name of the registrant.
(2) Residence and business address of the registrant.
(3) Statement as to whether or not the registrant has ever been convicted of any crime, misdemeanor or violation of any municipal ordinance, and, if so, the nature of the offense, the penalty or punishment assessed therefor.
(C) However, an electrical contractor who is registered in another municipality shall not be required to register in the Village of Schiller Park.
