(A) No person shall engage in the business of electrical contractor within the corporate limits of the Village except in compliance with the provisions of this Subchapter. It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of electrical contractor unless such person has applied for and obtained an annual license from the Village Clerk as provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.
(B) However, any such contractor who is licensed in another municipality shall not be required to obtain a license from the Village unless such person has his or her principal place of business within the corporate limits of the Village.
