It shall be unlawful to operate a drug, chemical or paint factory within the corporate limits of the Village except in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter. It shall be unlawful to operate a drug, chemical or paint factory within the Village unless such person has applied for and obtained a license from the Village Clerk as provided in § 119.007 of the Chapter.
