§ 119.099 LICENSE REQUIRED; ISSUANCE.
   No person shall operate or carry on the business of selling tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or electronic cigarettes within the corporate limits of the Village without having applied for and received a license therefor from the Village Clerk in the manner provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.
