§ 119.092 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   Application for the license required by § 119.003 shall be made to the Village Clerk on forms provided by the Clerk and no such license shall be issued to any individual who is not a person of good character or to any corporation that is not represented in the Village by a person of good character.
