Within the corporate limits of the Village, it shall be unlawful to engage in the sale at retail of, furnish, give away, deliver or keep with the intention of selling at retail, furnishing, giving away or delivering tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or electronic cigarettes in any form or in any number without first having obtained a license therefor from the Village Clerk in the manner provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter. This license shall be in addition to any other license required by this Code. Sales by vending machine are regulated by § 119.100.
