§ 119.070 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a barber shop or beauty shop in the Village without first having secured a license therefor from the Village Clerk as provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an animal groom shop within the corporate limits of the Village unless such person has applied for and received a license therefor from the Village Clerk as provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.
