§ 113.1602 NON-DISCRIMINATION IN APPLICATION OF RATES AND FEES
   The Grantee shall not discriminate in the assessment, levy, charge, imposition or collection of rates and fees on the basis of age, race, creed, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital or veteran status, or disability. This Section shall not prohibit a Grantee from offering a senior citizen discount rate for Cable Service.
