§ 113.2202 PENALTIES
   Unless otherwise provided, any Person convicted of violating any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) and costs for each offense. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
