§ 113.1201 CHANNEL CAPACITY AND ACTIVATION

No Grantee shall operate a Cable System plant with a capacity of less than seven hundred fifty (750) MegaHertz. No Grantee shall operate a Cable System plant with a Channel capacity of less than seventy-nine (79) downstream programming Channels.
