§ 113.1101 REQUIREMENT TO MAINTAIN SPECIFIC BOOKS AND RECORDS
   The Grantee shall maintain such books, records, maps, and other documents regarding the operation of the Franchise to a reasonable extent in a manner specific to the Franchise Area which enables said books, records, maps, and other documents to be distinguishable, and easily understood and usable. The Grantee shall provide information on data concerning the Cable System within the Franchise Area which can be identifiable to the extent necessary which will enable the Village to evaluate the Grantee's payments of Franchise Fees, and which will enable the Village to conduct such other financial evaluations as may be necessary for compliance with this Chapter and the Franchise Agreement. The Grantee shall produce the requested books, records and maps at the Grantee's local office in the Chicago metropolitan area not later than thirty (30) days after the request for production. Requests for extensions of time to respond shall not be unreasonably denied. The records shall be exempt from inspection pursuant to this Section to the extent required by applicable laws regarding Subscriber privacy. To the extent provided herein, trade secrets and proprietary, privileged, or confidential informa- tion obtained from or provided by Grantee that would cause competitive harm to the Grantee if disclosed will not be publicly disclosed by the Village.
