§ 94.21 ISSUANCE.

The permit required by this subchapter shall be issued upon the payment of the permit fee, as provided in § 94.19, to the Village Clerk and shall permit the use of any such device subject to the terms and conditions of this subchapter, only upon the date specified on the permit and no other.
