§ 93.009 NUISANCE ABATEMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or maintain the existence of any nuisance on any property under his or her control. The Chief of Police and Health Authority are each hereby authorized to abate any nuisances existing in the Village, whether the nuisances are specifically recognized by ordinance or not.
