(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty is provided shall be punished as provided by § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 93.050 through 93.055 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
