§ 93.005 UNHEALTHFUL DEPOSITS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit anywhere in the Village any uncovered piles of refuse, garbage, offal or carcasses of dead animals. The refuse must be properly disposed of. Any uncovered piles of refuse are hereby declared a nuisance.
