§ 93.003 OBSTRUCTING WATERCOURSES AND SUPPLIES.

It shall be unlawful and a nuisance for any person to obstruct or pollute a watercourse or any source of water supply in the Village and any stagnant pool of water in the Village is hereby declared a nuisance. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any such nuisance to remain or exist on any property under his or her control
