§ 92.03 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS REQUIRED BY CODE BEFORE COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER.
   The Fire Chief shall inspect each building or structure to be used for any of the purposes covered in this chapter, and no permit shall be issued until the pertinent regulations have been complied with.
