The owner, lessee or person in charge of any industrial or commercial building in the Village shall submit to the Fire Chief diagrams showing the location of every exit, stairway, elevator, main power switch and electrical panel board. A separate diagram shall be furnished for each story of the building. When structural changes are made after a diagram has been submitted, a new diagram showing the changes shall be submitted within 30 days after the completion of the change.
