SCHEDULE XIV. FIRE LANES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle in any area designated as a fire lane and posted "No Parking" by the Chief of the Fire Department.
   (B)   If the Chief of the Fire Department should designate fire lanes as necessary for the efficient and effective operation of fire apparatus, he or his designee shall so notify the owner of the property of the designation. Within thirty (30) days after fire lanes have been designated by the Chief of the Fire Department, the owner of the property or his agent shall erect appropriate fire lane signs and markings as required by the Chief of the Fire Department.
   (C)   All designated fire lane signs or markings shall be maintained in a clean and legible fashion and replaced when necessary to ensure visibility.
