It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle in any of the following locations between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.:

Soo Line Lane

The entire jurisdiction on both sides of the street except as provided in Schedule I of this Chapter there shall be no parking at any time on the east side of the street from Montrose Avenue on the south to Moore Lane on the north.
