SCHEDULE IX. PARKING PROHIBITED BETWEEN 8:00 A.M. AND 6:00 P.M. ON SCHOOL DAYS.
   No person shall park a motor vehicle between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on school days in any of the following locations:
 
Street
Location
Michigan Avenue
On the east side from the north curb line of Lawrence Avenue to a point 200 feet north thereof.
Rose Street
On the north and south sides thereof parallel to Irving Park Road, east of Prairie Avenue
