SCHEDULE I. PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.

   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle or permit any motor vehicle to stand or to wait at any time in any of the places under the heading "Direction and Location" as set forth in this Schedule, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic control device. When the word "— Commercial" follows the name of a street, it shall be unlawful to park a commercial motor vehicle or permit any commercial motor vehicle to stand or to wait at any time in any of the places set forth in this Schedule, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic control device. For purposes of this Schedule COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE means and includes one (1) or more of the following motor vehicles: A motor vehicle designed to transport hazardous materials or more than six (6) persons, or a motor vehicle having a gross weight or a maximum load capacity of more than 8,001 pounds, or a motor vehicle meeting the definition of PUBLIC PASSENGER VEHICLE as set forth in Chapter 123 of this Code:

Street	Direction and Location
25th Avenue	The entire jurisdiction on both sides of the street except as permitted in other parking schedules of the Code and as promulgated by signs erected along the edge of pavement.
Atlantic Avenue	On the east side, from Irving Park Road on the north to a point 435 feet south thereof.
Atlantic Avenue	On the west side, from Irving Park Road on the north to the north line of the east-west alley lying directly south thereof.
Atlantic Avenue	On the west side, from a point on the north line of the alley north of Irving Park Road to a point 20 feet north of the north line of the alley north of Irving Park Road.
Belle Plaine Avenue	On either side, from the east edge of Mannheim Road on the west to the west side of George Place on the east.
Berteau Avenue	On either side, from the east edge of Mannheim Road on the west to the west edge of George Place on the east.
Byron Street	On the north side, from a point 120 feet east of the east line of Wesley Terrace to a point 210 feet east of the east line of Wesley Terrace.
Cullom Avenue	On either side, from the west edge of the pavement of River Road, west to the east edge of the north-south alley between River Road and Kolze Avenue.
Delta Parkway	Entire jurisdiction.
Denley Avenue	On the east and west sides, from Seymour Avenue to Ivanhoe Avenue.
Eastwood Avenue	On either side, from the west edge of the pavement of River Road, west to a point 148 feet west thereof.
Eden Avenue	On the north and south sides, from the west line of Ruby Street to a point 65 feet west thereof.
George Place	On the west side, between the south line of Irving Park Road on the north and the north line of Belle Plaine Avenue on the south.
Goss Avenue	On either side, between Berteau Avenue on the south and the Tri-State Toll Road on the north.
Grace Street	On either side, from the south edge of the pavement of Lawrence Court south to a point 120 feet south thereof.
Grace Street	On the west side of Grace Street between a point 15 feet north of the north line of the alleyway north of the property commonly known as 4226 Grace Street and a point 15 feet south of the south line of the aforesaid alleyway north of the property commonly known as 4226 Grace Street.
Harold Avenue	On the east side, from the north line of Linn Avenue to the south line of River Street.
Hartford Court	On the north side, from the west edge of the pavement of Wehrman Avenue, west to the east edge of the pavement of Denley Avenue.
Hartford Court	On the south side, from Wehrman Place to Denley Avenue.
Illinois Route 45	On the east and west sides of Illinois Route 45, from a point 300 feet north of the center line of Lawrence Avenue to a point 300 feet south of the center line of Lawrence Avenue.
Irving Park Road	That portion of Irving Park Road located within the corporate limits of the Village is hereby designated as a tow-away area and any vehicle parked in violation of the provisions hereof may be towed away at the expense of the owner thereof upon order of the Police Chief.
Irving Park Road	On the north side, from the westerly curb of Wagner Avenue, to a point 112 feet west of the westerly curb of Wagner Avenue and on the south side, from the west limit of the Tri-State Tollway Viaduct on the west, to the west limit of Eden Cemetery on the east.
Ivanhoe Avenue	On both the south side and north side, between the west right-of-way line of 25th Avenue and the east right-of-way line of Ruby Street; as well as the south side between the west right-of-way line of Ruby Street and the east right-of-way line of Emerson Avenue.
Ivanhoe Circle	Entire jurisdiction.
Ivanhoe Court	On the west side from the north edge of the pavement of Ivanhoe Avenue, north to a point in line with the north edge of the pavement of Wehrman Place.
Judd Street	Between the south line of Irving Park Road on the north and the north line of Berteau Avenue on the south.
Kolze Avenue	On the east side, from the south edge of the pavement of Lawrence Avenue to a point 136 feet south thereof and on the west side from the south edge of the pavement of Lawrence Avenue on the north to the north edge of the pavement of Lawrence Court on the south.
Lawrence Avenue	Between the east line of Mannheim Road on the west and the west line of River Road on the east.
Lawrence Avenue	On the north and south sides of Lawrence Avenue from a point 300 feet west of the center line of Illinois Route 45 to a point 300 feet east of the center line of Illinois Route 45.
Lawrence Court	On either side, from the west edge of the pavement of Kolze Avenue on the east to the east edge of the pavement of Rose Street on the west.
Lawrence Court	On the south side, from the east edge of 25th Avenue on the west to the west edge of Ruby Street on the east.
Leland Avenue	On the north side from the west curb line of 25th Avenue to the center line of the intersection of Scott Street and Leland Avenue.
Lynn Avenue	North side, between the east right-of-way line of Harold Avenue and a point 125 feet east thereof.
Mannheim Road	Within the corporate limits of the village.
Michigan Avenue	On the east side, from the north line of Lawrence Avenue to a point 535 feet north thereof.
Montrose Avenue	On either side, from the west edge of the pavement of River Road on the east to the west edge of the north-south alley between River Road and Kolze Avenue on the west.
Montrose Avenue	On the north side, from 25th Avenue to a point 96-1/2 feet west of the curb line of 25th Avenue.
Moore Lane	On either side, from the west edge of the pavement of River Road on the east, to a point 148 feet west thereof on the west.
Old River Road	On the east and west sides between Irving Park Road and Des Plaines River Road.
Prairie Avenue	Between the north line of the east-west alley located directly south of Irving Park Road on the south and the south line of Irving Park Road on the north.
Prairie Avenue	On the west side, from the north edge of the driveway at 4048 to the south edge of the driveway at 4044.
River Road	On the east side south of Irving Park Road.
River Road	On the east side, from Irving Park Road on the south to Foster Avenue on the north.
River Road	On the west side, from Foster Avenue on the north to Eastwood Avenue on the south and from Old River Road on the north to the Village limit on the south.
River Road	On the west side from Lawrence Avenue to Eastwood Avenue.
River Road	On the west side, from the north line of Moore Lane to a point 100 feet north thereof.
Rose Street	On the east side between a point 200 feet north of River Street and a point 300 feet north of River Street.
Rose Street	On the west side, between River Street and a point 300 feet north of River Street.
Rose Street	On the west side, between Irving Park Road and Soreng Avenue.
Rose Street	On both sides of the 5000 block.
Rose Street	On either side, from the south edge of the pavement of Lawrence Avenue south to a point 136 feet south thereof.
Rose Street	On the east side, between 25th Avenue and Soreng Avenue.
Rose Street	On the west side, between the north line of 25th Avenue and a point 420 feet north of the north line of 25th Avenue.
Rose Street	On the west side from a point 230 feet north of the northeast line of 25th Avenue to a point 280 feet north of the northeast line of 25th Avenue.
Ruby Street	On the east side, from the north edge of the pavement of Lawrence Avenue on the south to a point 30 feet north thereof on the north.
Ruby Street	On both sides, between the south edge of the pavement of Lawrence Avenue and the north edge of the pavement of Waveland Avenue.
Ruby Street	On the east side, from the north edge of the pavement of Irving Park Road on the south to a point 230 feet north thereof on the north.
Ruby Street	On the west side, between the north edge of the pavement of Lawrence Avenue and the south edge of the pavement of Linn Avenue.
Scott Street	On the west side, between the south edge of the pavement of Ivanhoe Avenue and the south limits of the Village.
Scott Street	On the west side, between the north and south limits of Dooley Park or on east side between Irving Park Road and Soreng Avenue.
Scott Street	On the west side, between the real properties commonly known as 3834 and 3900 Scott Street.
Scott Street–Commercial	On both the east and west side, between Lawrence Avenue and River Street.
Seymour Avenue	On the north side, from the west edge of the pavement of Bobby Lane, west to the east property line of the Soo Line Railroad right-of-way, and on the south side from the west edge of the pavement of River Road, west to the east edge of the pavement of Willow Road.
Seymour Avenue	On the north side, from the east edge of the pavement of Willow Street, east to the east edge of the north-south alley located between Willow Street and River Road.
Soo Line Lane	On the east side, from Montrose Avenue on the south to Moore Lane on the north.
Soreng Avenue	On the north side, from the west edge of the pavement of River Road, west to the east property line of the Soo Line Railroad right-of-way, and on the south side from the west edge of the pavement of River Road, west to the east edge of the pavement of Willow Road.
Soreng Avenue	On the north side of the street along the Lincoln Middle School property line.
Soreng Avenue	On the south side, from Rose Street on the east to the edge of the west line of Prairie Avenue.
Transworld Road	Entire jurisdiction.
United Parkway	Entire jurisdiction except two (2) 15-minute parking spaces in front of 10516 United Parkway.
Wagner Avenue	Between the south line of Irving Park Road on the north and the north line of the east-west alley immediately south of Irving Park Road on the south.
Wehrman Avenue	The parking area on the east side of Wehrman Avenue in front of John F. Kennedy Elementary School, located at 3945 Wehrman Avenue.
Wehrman Place	On the north side, from the west edge of the pavement west to the east edge of the pavement of Ivanhoe Court.
Wesley Terrace	On either side, from the south edge of the pavement of Lawrence Court to a point 120 feet south thereof.
Wesley Terrace	On the east side from the south line of Irving Park Road to a point 205 feet thereof.
Wesley Terrace	On the west side from the south line of Irving Park Road to a point 180 feet thereof.
Willow Road	On the east side, between Irving Park Road on the north and Seymour Avenue on the south.
