§ 115.002 MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No mobile food vehicle may be operated without first obtaining a license from the Village.
   (B)   Only one mobile food vehicle may be located on any property in the Village at a time.
   (C)   A mobile food vehicle shall not be located on any property in the Village for more than thirty (30) consecutive minutes.
   (D)   Mobile food vehicles are prohibited in residentially or commercially zoned areas of the Village. Mobile food vehicles may be located only in industrially zoned areas.
   (E)   A mobile food vehicle shall not operate on any right-of-way in the Village or on any Village-owned property.
   (F)   A mobile food vehicle shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of a residentially zoned area.
   (G)   A mobile food vehicle shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of a restaurant, other food establishment, or licensed liquor establishment. The distance shall be measured from the closest portion of the restaurant or establishment's building to the closest edge of the mobile food vehicle. Where the restaurant or establishment is located in a building with other tenants, the distance shall be measured to the closest portion of the restaurant or establishment's occupied space.
   (H)   A mobile food vehicle shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of a park.
   (I)   A mobile food vehicle shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of a primary, middle, or secondary school or school playground when school is in session or during any time school activities are taking place.
   (J)   A mobile food vehicle shall not be located within twenty-five (25) feet of an intersection.
   (K)   A mobile food vehicle shall not be located on any property in the Village unless such property contains at least one bathroom facility with hot and cold running water.
   (L)   The operator of a mobile food vehicle shall not leave the location of the vehicle without first picking up, removing, and disposing of all trash or refuse from the sales made by the operator. The operator must clean from all surfaces any stains caused by the operation of the mobile food vehicle prior to leaving the location.
   (M)   All food storage and preparation must be performed within or upon the mobile food vehicle.
   (N)   The operator of a mobile food vehicle shall not use external signs, bollards, seating, or any other equipment not contained within the vehicle while operating on any property in the Village.
   (O)   No alcohol or tobacco products may be sold from a mobile food vehicle.
   (P)   The operator of a mobile food vehicle shall not solicit or conduct business with persons in motor vehicles.
   (Q)   The operator of a mobile food vehicle shall not use or maintain any outside sound amplifying equipment, lights, or noisemakers, such as bells, horns, or whistles.
   (R)   A mobile food vehicle shall not have a drive-through.
   (S)   A mobile food vehicle shall prominently display the name of the vehicle owner on the vehicle.
   (T)   Mobile food vehicles shall be kept in good operating condition. No peeling paint or rust may be visible.
   (U)   Any power required for a mobile food vehicle shall be self-contained and shall not use utilities drawn from the right-of-way or the property upon which the mobile food vehicle is located.
