For the purpose of this Chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. The masculine, feminine, singular or plural is included in any circumstances.
MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE. A self-contained motorized vehicle or trailer from which cooked, wrapped, packaged, or processed foods are sold for immediate consumption and that conducts all or part of its operations on premises other than its own and is readily movable, without disassembling, for transport to another location. A mobile food vehicle includes food catering trucks, catering trucks, food trucks, and all other mobile food establishments.
